We hold New Jersey DPMC classification for public work in HVAC (C032) and General Construction / Alterations & Additions (C009).
Built around your project. We work hand in hand with your engineers to coordinate mechanical systems and fabrication around your project’s requirements. Controls coordination, retrofit planning, ductwork value engineering and Airedale furnish-and-install options through the ESCNJ contract.

Our in-house fabrication shop gives us greater control over quality, lead times and the details that make an installation work. Our family-run approach keeps accountability close to every project.

ESCNJ COOPERATIVE PURCHASING

Simplified procurement.
All Coast Service, Inc. has proudly held an Airedale cooperative purchasing contract awarded through the Educational Services Commission of New Jersey (ESCNJ) since 2022. As both a cooperative contract holder and authorized Airedale installer, we provide ESCNJ members with a streamlined, cost-effective approach to HVAC equipment procurement and installation.
Through the ESCNJ Cooperative Purchasing Program, eligible members benefit from pre-negotiated, fixed contract pricing for the purchase and/or installation of Airedale equipment, allowing for greater budget predictability and simplified procurement.
For in-kind Airedale equipment replacements, All Coast Service also provides a comprehensive, no-cost site survey to evaluate existing equipment and field conditions prior to preparing a proposal. This service can help reduce or eliminate the need for separate architectural and engineering services on qualifying replacement projects, providing additional cost savings to participating members.
